New Vols coach Jeremy Pruitt and his staff have (mostly) put the finishing touches on their first signing class in Knoxville, and that group currently ranks No. 20 nationally and No. 8 in the SEC. While a finish in that area wouldn't be good enough most years for a program like Tennessee, this was hardly an ordinary recruiting cycle.
